Night Supervisor

Position Description: This position reports to the Director of Production and is responsible for the supervision and needs of the Production, Converting & Warehouse staff during the evening & night shift.

Salary/Wage: Commensurate with experience

Essential Functions:

Monitor schedule & work of all night staff
Conduct quality checks & address any issues
Monitor raw material usage and chemical storage (Hazardous material, FIFO, BE inventory)
Identifies problem areas such as understaffing, absenteeism & takes corrective actions
Manage and optimize efficient and economical processes throughout the facility to ensure compliance with company objectives.
Coach and develop staff to meet operational goals while accomplishing greater efficiency and productivity.
Makes oral and written presentations as needed
Check building to ensure that all points of entry are secure.
Follows prescribed safety regulations
Maintains work area.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Production or other member of management team.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

High School Diploma required; Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
5-10 years experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment required.
Strong computer skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior leadership, mentoring, and team-building attributes.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented, collaborative environment.
Must be able to work nights (Fixed/Flexible Schedule)

QC Tech Support I

Position Description: We are seeking a detailed-oriented QC Tech Support I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Quality and Technical Support Departments

Starting Salary/Wage:$12.00 per hour

Essential Functions:

Assist with Cast Test Printing
Organize/maintain the Lager 6 storage area
Submit customer initiated sample request to the Marketing Department
Perform basic test procedures as deemed necessary by the Lab Supervisor and/or Corporate Compliance Manager.
Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the lab equipment, organizing of materials and test data.
Assist the Corporate Compliance Manager with required employee training and certification testing.
Filing of MSDS sheets

Additional Responsibilities:

Ability to lift and move up to 60lbs on a regular basis.
Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Assist the Product Support Specialist as needed.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

High School diploma
At least one year of customer service experience required;
Ability to follow directions, work independently, prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
PC skills, excellent written and oral communication skills required
