Process Engineer
Department: Manufacturing Operations
Job Location: Black Creek, GA
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Essential Functions:

Manage new and existing engineering projects
-
Assist Engineering Staff through all stages of project qualification and production
-
Provide technical leadership support to staff
-
Assist in troubleshooting process problems for manufacturing and aggressively drive process improvement
-
Demonstrate and promote interdepartmental communication and cooperation
-
Participate in performance improvement programs, including data collection and meeting attendance
-
Maintain confidentiality with regard to company product, processes and other related financial and operational information
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
-
Bachelors degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineer preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years engineering experience in manufacturing
-
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
-
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong proven leadership skills, managerial skills and the ability to effectively influence and motivate others to achieve common goals
-
PC skills required, including Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite, typing, and data entry
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Exceptional customer service skills
-
Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
